You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information you submit. You may not submit projects that are fraudulent, plagiarized, or in violation of any applicable law. We reserve the right to remove any submission at our discretion.

3. No Custody of Funds

ensblocks.eth does not custody, hold, or control any funds. Donations are direct peer-to-peer on-chain transfers between the donor's wallet and the project's wallet address. We are not responsible for any lost, misdirected, or erroneous transactions.

4. No Investment Advice

Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice. Donating to a project does not constitute an investment and carries no expectation of return.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you submit. By submitting, you grant ensblocks.eth a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content on the platform.

6. Sponsorships

Sponsorship placements are subject to availability and our editorial discretion. Sponsor fees are non-refundable once a placement is live.

7. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including any loss of funds due to smart contract interactions or third-party services.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
